Timo Nevalainen is a senior lecturer in Tampere University of Applied Sciences, a logotherapist and a doctoral researcher. He has over 15 years of experience in dialogic coaching of diverse groups and teams ranging from university faculty to multicultural and teams of undergraduate students in disciplines ranging from IT to business, media and social work.
